Panpacific University North Philippines conducts a scholarship examination to all incoming first year students which serves as a basis in giving a minimum of 20% and a maximum of 100% tuition fee waivers until the students finish their courses. The class Valedictorian, Salutatorian, First honorable mention, Second honorable mention and Third honorable mention are given 100%, 75%, 30%, 25% and 15% tuition fee waivers respectively for the first semester. In order for the students to maintain this scholarship, he has to maintain a GPA of not lower than 85%. Students assistants also enjoy free tuition and miscellaneous fees.
