a.Reference Service
The Reference Librarian is available for consultations. She is available to assist any clientele in ways such as:
- Effective use of the card catalog;
- Use of the different types of research materials available in the library;
- Effective use of the internet, and how to research effectively using the medium.
b.Library Orientation
The Orientation program is one of the basic library services. It is conducted at the beginning of the school, in coordination with the English Department. The objective of the program is to welcome the freshmen and introduce the available information sources facilities that the library offers.
c.Referral/Inter-Library Loans
This service enables the librarians to refer clienteles to other libraries or agencies, when there is a need for library materials that are not available in the library. The researcher is furnished with a referral letter.
d.Technical Services
The Technical service of the library includes selection and acquisition, cataloging, binding, etc.
Acquisition is done on the basis of curriculum development. It is focused on the need of the students as well as the faculty. Weak areas in the collection are also given priority.
