In consonance with its expressed Mission Statement, East Pangasinan Colleges of Science and Technology through the concerted efforts of all the members of the following academic and non academic communities is determined to attain the following objectives:
            1.)   To offer a general education program that will enable the students develop communication skills, instill in them sense of national unity and consciousness, historical and national identity, moral integrity, spiritually, love and pride of their Filipino heritage.
            2.)   To provide a research oriented learning environment for students to develop and strengthen their critical, analytical and scientific thinking necessary for the advancement of regional and rational development.
            3.)   To prepare professionally mature productive, self-reliant, responsible and self-disciplined citizens through the curricular and co-curricular programs and activities.
        Since East Pangasinan Colleges of Science and Technology is responding to the needs for the quality manpower resources of the country, hiring professionally qualified instructors is a MUST.
