The East Pangasinan Colleges of Science and Technology was founded in the school-year 2004-2005 with the total school area of one (1) hectare.  The EPCST or the East Pangasinan Colleges of Science and Technology is located at Tayug, Pangasinan and it is a sister school of the Pangasinan Colleges of Science and Technology at Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.  Mrs. Rhonda Padilla-Cruz, the daughter of Dr. Romeo Padilla Sr., the President of the Pangasinan Colleges of Science and Technology, is the Officer-in-Charge at East Pangasinan Colleges of Science and Technology.  The school offers scholarship grants for the students such as entrance scholarship, service scholarship and other scholarship grants given by government and civil leaders. The school also allow students to organize clubs with the approval of the management with an appointed faculty adviser.
