1.) No applicant shall be enrolled in the college unless he complies with specific requirements for admission prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education for which purpose, he must present to the Registrar the necessary credentials before the end of the enrolment period.
      2.) The applicant must submit the following:
             a.) True copy of the High School Record (F137A)
           b.) Certificate of good moral character by the Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor
             c.) Photocopy of the Birth Certificate
             d.) ID pictures
For Colleges Transferees:
           a.) Transcript of Records of the college last attended / Transfer Credential
             b.) Photocopy of the Civil Birth Certificate
             c.) ID pictures
