ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS:
The following are needed for
enrollment:
a.) School ID (for old students).
b.) Copy of grades during the last semester of
attendance.
c.) Certification of grades for evaluation purposes
(for transferees).
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
1.) The student credentials shall first be evaluated
by the Registrar.
2.) Proceed to the Accounting office to secure
Registration form.
3.) Fill up the Registration Form.
4.) With the accomplished Registration Form, the
student shall proceed to the Registrar’s Office
for approval of his registration.
5.) Proceed to the Accounting Office for
assessment of fees.
6.) Apply for a ID at the ID section.
